ATC takes $1.2 bn hit in India exit deal with Brookfield
This September, Brookfield Asset Management completed the full buyout of ATC TIPL for an enterprise value of Rs 18,200 crore (about $2.2 billion at the time). The deal was concluded by Data Infrastructure Trust (DIT), an infrastructure investment trust sponsored by a Brookfield affiliate along with investors, including British Columbia Investment Management Corp (BCI) and GIC.
